RESNICK AMSTERDAM LESHNER P.C. Shareholder, Dennis Urffer, CPA, CSEP along with his team Ira Letofsky, CPA, Jay Borzillo, CPA and Lori Buckner have been working diligently at developing an expertise in the Wine Industry. 

Dennis Urffer, CPA, CSEP  was  invited to speak again at the  “Wineries Unlimited Trade Show 2009” which was held at the Valley Forge Convention Center in King of Prussia, PA.  Every year this event continues to grow in size, scope and popularity. 

Denny’s first presentation this year was on “Successful Succession Planning.”   There were two wineries on the panel with multi-generational businesses.  His second presentation was on “Putting Winery Cost Accounting into Practice.”  Denny was joined by Mark Friszolowski, a nationally acclaimed winemaker from Childress Vineyards located in North Carolina.

We are currently in the process of revamping our newsletter.  We hope to be back up by the end of the summer (just in time for harvest) with more winery and vineyard articles and our featured wineries of the month.
